Job Title:

Must have a valid degree, provisional certificate, 2025 passout

Stipend- 40,000/- Per Month

Working model- onsite ( 5 days)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily supply chain operations including inventory tracking, order processing, and shipment coordination.
• Assist in the creation and monitoring of daily/weekly distribution plans based on customer orders and stock availability.
• Support the procurement team in sourcing activities, purchase orders, and supplier communication.
• Help in data entry, documentation, and maintaining accurate records in ERP or supply chain management systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock checks and reconciliation tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, sales, warehousing) to ensure smooth supply chain workflows.
• Participate in logistics planning, scheduling deliveries, and resolving transportation issues.
• Learn and apply basic principles of demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain optimization.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and supply chain projects as required.
• Assist in analyzing delivery performance metrics and preparing periodic reports for review.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in supply chain processes and willingness to learn.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
