Job Description:
Phoenix Infosolutions is hiring an Appointment Setter to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English, we want you on board!
As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing assistance, and ensuring a smooth customer experience for our international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Communicate clearly and effectively with international customers.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Work in alignment with company processes and targets.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
Must be fluent and confident in English.
Open to freshers with strong communication skills.
Ability to work in the UK shift (2:00 PM – 9:30 PM).
Positive attitude, quick learner, and team player.
