Job Description

As an Applied Scientist in the Digital Acceleration (DA) team at ADCI MAA 15 SEZ, your role will involve prototyping, optimizing, and deploying ML algorithms to solve digital business problems. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI & ML projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions to customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Research, experiment, and build Proof Of Concepts to advance AI & ML capabilities. - Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to understand customer needs and drive science solutions from concept to delivery. - Adapt quickly to evolving technical requirements in dynamic environments. - Communicate effectively with written and spoken technical communication across teams. - Document algorithms, methodologies, and findings for transparency and reproducibility. - Publish research papers in internal and external venues. - Provide support for on-call activities related to critical issues. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applications. - PhD, or a Master's degree with experience in CS, CE, ML, or related fields. - Proficiency in programming languages like C/C++, Python, Java, or Perl. - Knowledge in algorithms, data structures, numerical optimization, data mining, etc. - Strong coding skills with a focus on machine learning frameworks. - Understanding of statistical measures such as confidence intervals and error measurements. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed, cross-functional team environment.
