Openings for Expert Illustrators in Applied/Commercial Arts for Full time at VTPL. We are looking for an enthusiast and passionate Illustrators and Graphic Designers with great creative and Graphic Designing skills who can represent ideas through creative designs. This job requires Full time working from office. ** THIS IS A FULL TIME JOB IN OFFICE. Work Location: Behind Mahalaxmi Hardware, Near Kalewadi Phata, Pawar Nagar, Thergaon, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411057 Google link: https://maps.app.goo.gl/8RfNNZaxYvZyNiKJ9 Responsibilities: Study design briefs and determine requirements Translate Customers brand values into visual design elements Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Prepare rough drafts and present ideas Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic Test graphics across various media Amend designs after feedback Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Ensure seamless delivery of design art that can be adapted to various social media platforms. Edit videos to be used for ads on social media Design product packaging and art work for exhibitions and displays Wireframe design for the website 3D Modelling Supervise other graphic designers or graphic arts technicians Design collaterals, signage, catalogue, brochures, presentations and promotional materials Create short-videos and GIFs Design promotional Email banners and visual content Coordinate with marketing & sales team Skills/personal qualities : Proven graphic designing experience A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics Spatial imagination and methodical understanding Hands-on expertise in using various designing software and technologies such as FreeCAD, Inkscape, GIMP, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, MS office etc. and flexibility to adopt and learn new tools and technologies. Ability to ask the right questions efficiently to gain the correct understanding of the assignment. Work individually or as a team on continuous improvement efforts. Great attendance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidate must pass all background checks, educational verification and drug testing. A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills both Verbal and Written – English and Hindi (Marathi – optional), organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines Candidates should atleast have Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts (Applied/Commercial Arts) with specialization in Illustration.
