Job Title:

Applications/Software Developer 2

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation for software applications.
Collaborate with development and product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy.
Manage documentation projects using tools like
Confluence
and
Jira
.
Apply critical thinking and self-starting capabilities to work independently and meet deadlines.
Ensure documentation aligns with
DDLC
and
Agile
methodologies.

Mandatory Skills:

Software Technical Writing
1+ Years of experience in MadCap Flare
(candidates without this will not be considered)
Experience with
XML-based authoring tools
Strong
English communication skills
both written and verbal
Experience in
Data Management Documentation

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with
Confluence/Jira
Understanding of
DDLC
and
Agile
concepts
Prior
corporate experience
Strong
critical thinking
and
self-starter
attitude

Additional Notes:

This is a
hybrid role
based in
Bangalore
, requiring 2–3 days of in-office presence per week.
Candidates
must have experience with MadCap Flare
– alternatives or similar tools will not be considered.
