Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide multilingual support to clients in French Language. - Deliver Service Desk Voice Support efficiently. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management, French Language, Service Desk Voice Support. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
