Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Must have skills :SUSE Linux Administration

Good to have skills :Microsoft Azure Architecture, AWS Administration, Google Cloud Compute Services

Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME.

Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Ensure effective communication within the team.

Implement best practices for system and application support.

Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.
Professional & Technical
Skills:

6+ years of experience in Linux (This role is for L4 hence strong troubleshooting knowledge is required)

4+ years of experience in any public cloud (Azure or AWS or GCP) (This role is for L4 hence in depth troubleshooting knowledge is required)

Must have good understanding in public cloud network topics such as Peering, routing, firewall rules, NSG/NACL, VPC/VNET, LB, etc..

Proactive and reactive performance analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution of escalated Level 4 issues

Very good understanding on varies services like DNS,LDAP,DHCP,Networking,PXE,SFTP,Samba and etc..

Must know scripting

Must be comfortable with OnCall
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
