Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients.- Troubleshoot and resolve system or application issues efficiently.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.- Document and maintain technical support processes and procedures.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the industry. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in IBM WebSphere DataPower.- Strong understanding of system and application troubleshooting.- Experience in analyzing and resolving technical issues.- Knowledge of system integration and data transformation.- Hands-on experience in system monitoring and maintenance. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IBM WebSphere DataPower.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
