Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Provide exceptional French language support to clients. Deliver top-notch service desk voice support to address client queries effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management, French Language, Service Desk Voice Support Strong understanding of IT service desk operations. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Desk Management. This position is based at our Gurugram office.
