Summary:As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will serve as a vital link between clients and the systems or applications they utilize. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs, addressing any issues they encounter, and ensuring that our high-quality systems operate seamlessly. You will leverage your exceptional communication skills to provide support and solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and system reliability. Your role will require a deep understanding of the products to accurately diagnose problems and design effective resolutions, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:- The candidate will be responsible for general system and server administration of RabbitMQ, IBM MQ (Windows Platform) and Redis (Linux Platform).- The candidate will be responsible for middleware software updates, SSL configurations, Certificate renewals, middleware monitoring, and middleware patching- The candidate should be able to work on IBM MQ along with Azure, PowerShell and should have Firewall experience - Candidate should be able to work on upgrades of the RabbitMQ and Redis- Candidate should be able to work on remediating the vulnerabilities associated with the above middlewares-Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft IIS (versions 8.0, 8.5, 10.0) on Windows Server (2012 R2, 2016, 2019, or later).-Deploy and manage web applications and services in IIS.-Configure and manage SSL certificates and bindings.- Candidate should have experience on renewal of certificates- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the development and implementation of support processes to enhance service delivery.- Provide training and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills:

- IBM MQ or RabbitMQ or Redis experience - 3 years- Microsoft Windows Server experience - 2 years- Virtualization experience or SQL Server experience- Networking experience - 2 years- Linux experience - 3 years-
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services.- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues.- Familiarity with network configurations and security protocols.- Ability to document processes and create user guides for clients.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
