Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

Educational Qualification :15 years full time educationRole:Network Performance Management Administrator, Level 10Role Description:We are seeking a skilled Network Performance Management Administrator with hands-on experience in SolarWinds (SMA), OpenNMS, Linux, and network administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing network performance, ensuring high availability of network monitoring applications, and driving automation initiatives.Must Have

- Cisco DNA Center- CPI Tools- Scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)Job Requirements:Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and analyze network capacity and performance alerts.- Develop and maintain automation workflows for network monitoring and alerting.- Create and execute an automation roadmap for network performance management.- Ensure day-to-day administration and availability of monitoring applications.- Collaborate with Network Admins and Cross functional teams to improve network reliability and efficiency.- Maintain documentation for network monitoring configurations and automation scripts.- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting for network performance tools.- Liaise with vendors and Infra teams for issue resolution and tool enhancements.
Technical Experience:34 years of hands-on experience in network performance monitoring and administration. Proven experience with SolarWinds and OpenNMS in enterprise environments.Linux administration skills and familiarity with network protocols and tools.Experience in scripting and automation for network operations.Professional Attributes:Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Educational Qualification and Certification:Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Relevant certifications in networking or monitoring tools are a plus.
