We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Support Engineer to join our team
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service within the financial industry As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support for eFront invest, a financial software application to manage closed ended fund activity, ensuring their smooth operation, and resolving any issues that arise You will collaborate closely with our Platform Delivery team to diagnose and address bugs, implement fixes and enhancements, and contribute to the overall improvement of our products, Responsibilities: Provide functional and technical support for eFront Front Invest via phone, email, and ServiceNow Troubleshoot functional, data and performance issues with eFront Invest and its connected interfaces Provide qualitative analysis of business user needs and evaluate the feasibility of their requirements Design and Develop new features, solutions, and interfaces in line with best practices Document and maintain support procedures, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation Work with our larger IT team on special projects to integrate eFront into the larger AD ecosystem
