Job Description

Description We are seeking a highly experienced Application Support Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15-21 years of experience in the job market context of India and possess a strong technical background in application support and maintenance. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for applications and systems, ensuring that they are functioning optimally and meeting business requirements Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and stability Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve defects and other issues Perform regular maintenance and updates to applications and systems Develop and maintain documentation related to application support and maintenance processes Ensure adherence to established SLAs and ITIL processes Participate in on-call rotations to provide after-hours support Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field Minimum of 15-21 years of experience in application support and maintenance Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python Experience with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL Experience with application servers such as WebSphere, WebLogic, or JBoss Experience with ITIL processes and methodologies Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
