Proven work experience as a technical Support Engineer in banking Doman with at least 1+ years' experience
2) hands -on experience with windows/ Linux/Mac Os environments .
3)Hands-on 1+ year experience with RDBMS - Oracle
4Handling call from Client/bank, analyse the logs. Implementation / manual testing knowledge on Mobile banking NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, knowledge on DB link sql ,oracle, Linux , Quick with positive attitude.
