Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Continuously monitor system health, performance, and availability using standard monitoring tools.
Identify, investigate, and respond to system alerts and incidents to maintain system uptime and service continuity.
Escalate critical issues as needed while maintaining ownership and communication throughout the resolution process.
Manage and resolve user tickets logged via ServiceNow within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
Categorize, prioritize, and track incidents, requests, and problems, maintaining clear documentation for ticket resolution.
Analyze recurring incidents and identify root causes, contributing to problem management by documenting known errors and developing workarounds or permanent fixes.
Propose technical solutions to improve system stability and collaborate with delivery teams for proper implementation.
Work closely with project delivery teams, developers, and application support to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Support and coach junior team members to help them develop necessary skills and knowledge.

Skills Required:

Strong expertise in troubleshooting and application support
Hands-on experience with Java-based and Angular applications
Proficiency in ServiceNow ticketing and ITIL-aligned support workflows
Ability to conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Excellent documentation and communication skills
