About the Role

Application Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support to internal teams and external clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Assist with system integrations and environment configurations.
• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation and SOPs.
• Perform root-cause analysis and escalate issues when required.
• Deliver periodic and customized training to teams across the business.
• Support release activities, maintenance plans, and upgrade schedules.
• Coordinate with global teams for issue resolution and process alignment.
• Develop analytical and operational reports as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with

  SQL Server and Azure Fundamentals

  , including writing and managing complex queries.
• Basic knowledge of

  object-oriented programming

  (C#, .NET preferred).
• Good understanding of

  Linux and Windows servers

  and system administration.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as

  Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket

  .
• Familiarity with

  APIs and Web Services

  (REST/SOAP), using

  Postman

  .
• Experience in

  banking/finance/treasury systems

  (lending, billing, treasury operations) and

  ServiceNow ticketing tool

Good to Have

• Knowledge of

  Java

  (optional but beneficial).
• Experience working in product-based environments or global teams.
