15 years full time educationSummary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless system functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within critical business systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and address system malfunctions. - Develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability. - Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on system functionalities. - Document and maintain system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Strong understanding of system integration principles. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and services. - Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management processes.
