Project Role : Application Support Engineer Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have skills : Network Infrastructures, Data circuits, SD WAN Good to have skills : Cloud Infrastructure, Network Engineering Planning and Deployment Solution Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 Years of full time education Experience:- 8-12 Years Position Responsibility: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their network architecture. Design comprehensive network solutions encompassing routing, switching, wireless, and SDWAN technologies. Conduct site surveys and assessments to ensure optimal network Performance and coverage. Create implementation plan considering minimal service downtime and implement the same. Install, configure, and test network hardware and software, including routers, switches, wireless controllers/access points, and SDWAN devices. Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing network infrastructure. Implement network security measures and protocols as part of the deployment process. Provide technical support during and after the deployment phase. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to routing, switching, wireless, and SDWAN solutions. Conduct performance testing and optimization to ensure network efficiency and reliability. Create detailed documentation for deployed network solutions, including network diagrams, configuration files, and user manuals. Prepare and deliver reports on project status, deployment progress, and post-deployment performance with internal and client stakeholders. Train clients and internal teams on network solutions and best practices. Lead initiatives involving creation of re-usable assets. Identify & implement automation scope within project deliverables.Must Have Skills/Qualifications: Educational Qualifications:BE, BTech. Technology Certifications:CCNP (must have), CCDP (good to have), CCIE (good to have) Proven experience in network engineering with a focus on routing and switching, wireless networking, and SDWAN deployment. Familiarity with various networking technologies and vendors (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Ruckus, Fortinet, VMware VeloCloud). Experience with network security practices and technologies. Strong understanding of networking concepts, including routing, switching, Wireless LANs, VPNs, and firewalls. Proficiency in network design and architecture. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Experienced on Network Transformation projects involving integration of Voice, Video and Unified Messaging Services with the Core Data Network. Experience in large enterprise networks with global presence. Experience in design and deployment of enterprise-class wireless networks, including access points, servers, routers, hubs, switches, and other hardware. Ability to design, develop and maintain security policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines. Ability to assist with Product Selections from requirements and cost perspective. Good understanding of the emerging network technology trends. Excellent people management skills.
