You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and providing support to end-users. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely resolution of incidents and service requests. With your expertise in Microsoft PowerShell and strong problem-solving skills, you will contribute to the stability and efficiency of our applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve issues within critical business systems. - Ensure the timely resolution of incidents and service requests. - Contribute to the stability and efficiency of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with scripting languages like Python or Bash. - Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. - Experience in analyzing and resolving application-related issues. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL queries. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft PowerShell. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
