Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and reliability of the systems in place. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills: -- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.- Familiarity with reporting tools and techniques to present data effectively.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification15 years full time education
