Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within critical business systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex software problems.- Develop and implement strategies to enhance system performance and reliability.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on system-related issues.- Document and maintain detailed records of system issues and resolutions. Skills:

Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure, Kubernetes.- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and technologies.- Experience in deploying and managing cloud-based infrastructure.- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.- Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting cloud environments.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualification
