Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to ensure seamless operations. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues within critical business systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software problems.- Develop and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on system functionalities.- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration.- Strong understanding of storage technologies and Netapp NAS administration.- Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform). Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
