About The Role

Project Role :Application Support Engineer

Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Must have skills :ASP.NET MVC

Good to have skills :NA

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Key Responsibilities:?¢Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).?¢Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.?¢Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.?¢Automate deployment processes and monitor application performance to ensure reliability and scalability.?¢Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.?¢Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.?¢Optimize application performance and ensure security compliance.Technical Expertise:?¢Proficiency in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Entity Framework.?¢Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React (optional).?¢Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.DevOps Knowledge:?¢Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab.?¢Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.?¢Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
