Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Summary:As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications and systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the overall efficiency of business processes, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities:Should have sound experience in providing L3 support for Storage Management and support on Pure/NetApp SAN Storage and performed Storage SAN Migration.Design and implement Pure Storage systems including installation, configuration, software upgrades, and storage provisioning.Alert and resolve any performance issues and notify end-users. Configure Replication for Disaster Recovery using Pure Protection Group Creation Recovery point and Snapvault/SnapMirror.Plan and implement best practices for SAN solutions.Create and update documentation for storage procedures.Troubleshooting Critical Storage issue related to Pure and NetApp.Provide architecture recommendations.Planning and Execution of Storage based Migration.SAN allocation/deallocation of Block Storage Professional & Technical Skills:

Should have sound experience in Pure storage and NetApp Storage high Availability, Disk technologies, RAID Levels, Snapshot/Snapvault technologies and Flexclone.Good knowledge on SAN Storage like ISCSI and FCP protocols.Experience with Brocade and Cisco SAN Switches.Experience on Storage Pools, Tiering, LUN masking and zoning.Proven skills in understanding customer storage requirements, implementing Fiber Channel and iSCSI SAN solutions, and integrating different operating systems and applications.Should have knowledge about the ITIL framework.Azure Cloud certifications will be an added advantage.Role Description:Candidate should be capable to provide L3/L4 operations on Pure & NetApp storage systems and has Storage migration experience. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
