Application Specialist - Digital Maintenance of Assets

Role Overview: Schneider Electric is offering a challenging opportunity for a passionate individual to take on the role of Application Specialist - Digital Maintenance of Assets, serving as a global subject matter expert for EcoStruxure Building Advisor - Asset Health. This position involves automated fault detection and diagnosis of HVAC systems and can be based in the United States, United Kingdom, Sweden, or India. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a subject matter expert in evaluating and analyzing Asset Health Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD) to address customer needs. - Support Customer Success teams by ensuring effective onboarding, deployment, and quality assurance, while leveraging the full breadth of the application. - Collaborate with sales teams on enablement activities for key opportunities and empower service delivery teams to adopt best practices and utilize the latest product features. - Create advanced dashboards and widgets to address emerging customer use cases and segment-specific needs. - Identify and develop new use cases to expand the application's value for customers and stakeholders. - Support the customization of application features to meet diverse customer requirements and ensure scalability across segments. - Engage with customers and users to share use cases, best practices, and experiences that enhance product adoption. - Contribute to forums, blogs, and other community platforms to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing. - Partner with product management to beta-test new features, workflows, and integrations, providing early feedback to improve functionality. - Develop comprehensive guidelines, best practices, and processes to facilitate seamless application integration. - Support third-party developers and stakeholders with API key distribution, documentation, and integration assistance. - Oversee and validate integrations with platforms such as CMMS, IWMS, BMS, and BIM, ensuring alignment with customer use cases. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with hands-on experience in HVAC, BMS controls, and Fault Detection and Diagnostics (FDD). - Proven experience in Building Management System (BMS) integration, protocols, and programming, with a deep understanding of HVAC and mechanical system operations and sequences. - Prior experience in designing and transforming building systems maintenance programs to drive operational efficiency by leveraging digital technologies, data-driven insights, and remote expertise. - Hands-on experience with developer tools, SDKs, and API management platforms, as well as integration-heavy environments or platform-based ecosystems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems, identify issues, and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams, third-party developers, and external stakeholders. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments. - Proven ability to collaborate across teams and functions within large organizations to drive successful integrations and achieve shared goals.,
