Job Description

As a Senior Executive Customer Support at Siemens Ltd Process Instrumentation (DI PA MI AS&S), your role will involve providing service for Siemens Process Instrumentation product family, including pressure transmitters, level transmitters, flowmeters, weighing products, and valve positioners. Your key responsibilities will include: - Servicing Siemens Process Instrumentation products in the region - Capturing and executing Siemens Process Instrumentation service business - Coordinating with service partners to enhance customer satisfaction To qualify for this position, you should meet the following criteria: - Hold a B.E or BTECH degree in Instrumentation or Electronics - Possess good knowledge of the customer base in the region - Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing Process Instrumentation products - Maintain a good reputation among region customers - Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English skills - Exhibit strong communication skills - Proficient in MS Excel and Word - Possess great interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team - Knowledge and hands-on experience with Siemens Process Instrumentation products will be an added advantage Siemens is committed to quality, equality, and diversity.
