You will be responsible for using tools such as InstallShield, Pace suite, Orca, Advanced installer, PSADT, SCCM, Intune, and Robopack to ensure smooth migration and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Your technical skills should include a good understanding of core concepts and their practical application. Effective communication skills are essential for clear and structured articulation of ideas. With your migration experience, you will bring relevant insights and a good exposure to migration processes. Your troubleshooting skills should demonstrate an effective problem-solving approach and analytical thinking. Key Responsibilities: - Application packaging and migration using various tools such as InstallShield, Pace suite, Orca, Advanced installer, PSADT, SCCM, Intune, and Robopack - Ensuring 100% adherence to SLA/timelines - Handling multiple cases of red time effectively to avoid customer escalation - Receiving client appreciation emails for successful project deliveries Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in application packaging, migration, and troubleshooting - Good understanding of core technical concepts - Excellent communication skills for clear articulation of ideas - Exposure to migration processes with relevant insights - Effective problem-solving approach and analytical thinking skills Note: The company you will be working for is Wipro, a modern digital transformation partner with bold ambitions.
