Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead application engineering activities related to
railway bogies, traction motors, and bearing systems
.
Collaborate with design, R&D, and manufacturing teams to develop and validate customized technical solutions for railway applications.
Provide technical support to sales and customer teams for tenders, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Interface with clients such as
Indian Railways
to understand requirements and deliver suitable technical solutions.
Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards relevant to railway components.
Coordinate product trials, validation, and performance testing.
Support failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective action implementation.
Ensure compliance with applicable railway standards and quality norms (RDSO/IEC/EN standards).
Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering
(Full-Time).
Minimum
5 years of experience
in application engineering or technical roles in the
railway sector
.
Strong understanding of
bogie systems, traction motors, bearings, and related mechanical assemblies
.
Experience in liaising with RDSO, CLW, DLW, or similar railway authorities preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers.
