Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the development process. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency within the application development lifecycle, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving.
Roles & Responsibilities:1 Responsible for developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using Angular concepts.2 Responsible for managing and leading development team technically by providing technical guidance and leadership and ensure project delivery timelines.3 Owns technological solutions and implements design with the industry best practices.4 Provide thought leadership, strategy and leading innovation by exploring, investigating, recommending, benchmarking and implementing technologies for continuous evolution of architecture and technology stack5 Plan the project:Scope, Work Plan, Resourcing, 6 Staff the project:Recruitment, Interview, Manage Staff, Team Training/Orientation 7 Evaluate the project:on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.8 Thorough knowledge of software development best practices, including design patterns, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build process, continuous integration and continuous delivery9 Build strong relationship with all project stakeholders and be the SPOC for the customer for the project activities10 Collaborate with BA, Client support teams to agree on specific deliverables, and lead the implementation via a detailed plan leveraging global software engineering resource11 Analyze risk and report problems in meeting system requirements. 12 Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.13 Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.14 Should have in-depth knowledge of JavaScript and Angular concepts, excellent front-end coding skills, and a good understanding about web apps.15 Enhancing team with latest technologies and improving coding standards.16 Ability to identify and solve the problem on early stage and supporting the team members.17 Making complex technical and design decisions for Angular projects.18 participate in competency development with the objective of ensuring the best-fit and high quality technical solutions.19 Communicate with customer teams to explain and demonstrate vulnerabilities to application/system owners, and assist with the mitigation of the identified vulnerabilities.Professional Skill:1 Good organizational skills, ability to multitask and be proactive2 Self-motivated, Results driven, and accountability minded3 Ability to focus on perfection with an eye for precision and attention to details4 Ability and desire to learn new skills5 Good oral and written communication skills6 Should be able to work independently and under pressure7 Should have good logical, problem solving and analytical thinking8 Good project management skills9 Should be able to monitor the team members performance and ready to help team in any situation. Skills:

1. Should have 8+ years of work experience in Software evelopment.2. At least 5 years relevant hands-on experience on Angular 2+ version is mandatory. Also Angular should be the primary skill.3. Strong knowledge required on project management, Agile methodology and Sprint planning event.4. Strong knowledge required on angular app development and debugging, also required to support team members with proper guidelines.5. Strong problem solving skill required. Ablility to analysis business requirements and design dynamic solutions.6. Strong knowledge required on Software development life cycle include planning, analysis, design, development and testing.7. Should have strong knowledge on building reusable angular components with respect to the business requirements.8. Should have strong knowledge on advance angular concepts implementing authentication , authorosation , oauth 2.0 authentication, JWT token.9. Experience with angular Coding standards and best practices.10.Good understanding of framework lifecycle, events, JavaScript Object modeling, reusable libraries,DOM manipulation concepts, Knowledge of testing frameworks, code quality tools and DevOps setup11 Strong knowledge required on frontend RESTful API integration.12 Experience with frontend libraries like Axios, Saga, Thunk and bootstrap or fluentUI.13 Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token14 Sound knowledge of TypeScript Object Oriented JavaScript and newer specifications of ECMAScript.15 Excellent troubleshooting and bug fixing skills.16 Strong knowledge required on debugging and browser dev tools console.17 In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.18 Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software. Also should have knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.19 Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or Azure DevOps20 Experience with any of the cloud deployment tools like Azure, AWS and Google cloud. Also good to have skills CI/CD pipeline tool21 Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as Multi-factor authentication, JSON Web Token, etc..22 Experience with common frontend development tools such as Gulp, Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.23 Adapt with agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.24 Able to communicate processes and results with all parties involved in the product team, including engineers, product owner, scrum master, third party vendors and customers.
