Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Lead the application development process effectively Ensure timely delivery of projects Provide guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Extend, Extend certification Strong understanding of Extend orchestration Experience with application design and configuration Knowledge of software development lifecycle Ability to lead and manage a team Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Workday Extend This position is based at our Bengaluru office A Bachelor's degree is required Qualification Mandatory workday certification required for the primary skill
