You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Life Sciences R&D to provide technical guidance and support to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Life Sciences R&D applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, utilizing your expertise in Life Sciences R&D to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and software developers, to ensure seamless integration of applications. Act as the primary point of contact for the project, communicating with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Life Sciences R&D, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Expertise in Life Sciences R&D. Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in application design, development, and implementation. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies. Good To Have Skills:Knowledge of regulatory requirements for Life Sciences R&D applications. Good To Have Skills:Experience with cloud-based technologies. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in Life Sciences R&D. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Life Sciences R&D application design, development, and implementation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
