Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating discussions to address challenges, and guiding your team in implementing effective solutions. You will also engage in strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the development process. Your role will require a balance of technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the project forward successfully. Roles & Responsibilities:- Proficient in Python programming, including List, Dict, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Type Hints, and Error Handling.-Design modular and orchestrated systems with rule engine integration.Implement asynchronous handling using message queues and batch jobs.-Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.-Manage environment configurations for seamless deployments.-Work with Oracle databases using cx_Oracle or SQLAlchemy for efficient data management.-Develop and manage APIs using Flask or FastAPI.-Implement robust logging and configuration management practices.-Follow CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and version control best practices.-Write unit tests using Pytest and mock external systems for comprehensive testing coverage.-Familiarity with Pydantic for data validation.-Experience with rule frameworks and design patterns like Strategy and Factory.
