Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, addressing any challenges that arise, and providing guidance to team members to foster a productive work environment. You will also engage in strategic discussions to align project goals with organizational objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and involved in the decision-making process. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of application development initiatives and enhancing overall team performance. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Project System (PS).- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.- Experience with application design and configuration.- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.- Familiarity with integration processes within SAP environments. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Project System (PS).- This position is based in Hyderabad.- A 15 years full time education is required.
