Must have skills : Scala Good to have skills : NAMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : As per organization standard Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.- Design and develop scalable and high-performance applications using Scala.- Lead the development team and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.- Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scala with minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Scala hands-on development.- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.- Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications.- Knowledge of functional programming concepts and frameworks.- Hands-on experience with Scala libraries and tools.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java and other object-oriented programming languages. Additional Information:- This position is based at our Bengaluru, Chennai & Pune office.- A degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. Qualification As per organization standard
