Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), WebSphere MQ,XML,Spring,Hibern Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Roles & Responsibilities:1 Expected to perform independently and become an SME.2 Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.3 Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems.4 Design, develop, and customize applications using ServiceNow GRC platform.5 Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.6 Implement and configure ServiceNow GRC modules to meet compliance and risk management needs.7 Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and workflows.8 Independently work with the Clients and technical Design team to understand ServiceNow IRM requirements.9 Build/implementation of Risk and Compliance Applications in ServiceNow platform.10 Technical competencies in developing smarter solutions for multiple aspects of ServiceNow IRM - Entities, Policies, Control Objectives, Control Indicators, Attestations, Assessments, Risk, Findings etc. Professional & Technical Skills:1 Must have:ServiceNow Development experience with IRM Certification2 Good to have:ServiceNow Development experience with other GRC modules. Any other ServiceNow certifications.3 Excellent interpersonal skills 4 Excellent communication skills Additional Information:1 The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).2 This position is based at our Chennai office.3 A 15 years full-time education is required.
