Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : SAP HCM On Premise ABAP Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 year of fulltime education Summary :As an Application Lead for SAP HCM On Premise ABAP, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work towards delivering high-quality solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing requirements, and developing solutions to meet business needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the effort to design, build, and configure SAP HCM On Premise ABAP applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and develop solutions to meet business needs. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP development. Good To Have Skills:Experience in SAP HCM modules such as PA, OM, and Time Management. Experience in developing and maintaining SAP HCM reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements. Experience in SAP HCM data migration and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Strong understanding of SAP HCM data model and configuration. Experience in SAP HCM authorization and security concepts. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP HCM solutions. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
