Your typical day will involve working with the Pega Platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Pega Platform applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to ensure successful delivery of applications. Act as the primary point of contact for all Pega Platform application-related issues, providing guidance and support to team members as needed. Ensure the quality and integrity of Pega Platform applications, conducting thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Pega Platform technology, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Pega Platform development. Good To Have Skills:Experience in Pega Architecture. Solid understanding of Pega Platform best practices and standards. Experience in leading the design, development, and implementation of Pega Platform applications. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in conducting thorough testing and debugging of Pega Platform applications. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Pega Platform development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Pega Platform solutions.
