Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with deep expertise in Agentforce, Health Cloud, and data-driven patient services platforms. The role requires a strong technical foundation in Salesforce architecture, hands-on experience with complex solutions implementation, and in-depth knowledge of the healthcare and life sciences domain. The ideal candidate will lead technical design, guide development teams, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and impactful solutions that transform patient engagement, services, and analytics.Roles & Responsibilities:Solution Architecture & Design:- Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce Agentforce and Health Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and Salesforce best practices.Agentforce Development:- Design, implement, and optimize Agentforce solutions including prompt templates, agent topics and actions, chat experiences, and Agent APIs.Health Cloud Expertise:- Deliver patient services solutions leveraging Health Cloud features such as Care Plans, Patient Timeline, Assessments, Service Requests, and Consent Management.Data & Analytics:- Design and optimize data models and data cloud integrations for patient 360 insights.- Enable real-time analytics, reporting, and segmentation for patient services operations.- Integration Leadership:Guide the integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems (EHR, Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Data Cloud, and other patient support platforms).- Technical Leadership:Mentor and oversee development teams, review code and solution designs, and ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.- Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with business, clinical, and IT teams to define solution roadmaps, capture requirements, and translate them into technical designs.- Governance & Best Practices:Enforce Salesforce best practices for data security (HIPAA/GDPR), compliance, testing, and release management. Skills:
Experience:- 8+ years of Salesforce development/architecture experience.- 3+ years working with Salesforce Health Cloud implementations in the life sciences or healthcare domain.Proven track record of building and deploying Agentforce service solutions with AI, automation, and patient service use cases.Technical
Skills:- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Integrations.- Strong background in Salesforce Data Cloud, data transformations, and analytics.- Experience with embedding and designing AI-driven service solutions in Agentforce.Domain Knowledge:- Strong understanding of patient services in pharma/healthcare:patient onboarding, case management, adherence support, HCP engagement, and field services.- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR, and industry compliance standards. Preferred Skills- Experience in Life Sciences commercial and patient support programs, including Specialty Hubs and Patient Assistance programs.- Knowledge of integration patterns with EHRs, Veeva Vault, data warehouses, or analytics platforms (like Databricks/Power BI/Tableau).- Experience with AI/ML, conversational agents, or intelligent automation systems.- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Health Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Application/Systems Architect, AI Specialist).
