You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Lead the application development team in designing, building, and configuring applications. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Ensure timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Duck Creek Billing. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. Experience in leading application development projects. Knowledge of agile methodologies. Hands-on experience in implementing billing solutions. Good To Have Skills: Experience with insurance domain knowledge. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Duck Creek Billing.
