About The Role

Project Role :Application Lead

Project Role Description :Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have skills :Performance Testing Strategy

Good to have skills :Micro Focus LoadRunner, Apache JMeter
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage performance testing activities across multiple projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define NFRs and test requirements. Design performance test strategy and scenarios (load, stress, soak, spike). Develop and review performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling. Execute performance tests and monitor system metrics using APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.). Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend tuning. Coordinate with developers, infra, and DBAs for performance fixes. Mentor and support a small team of performance testers. Prepare performance test reports and present to stakeholders.Required Skills:

69 years of performance testing experience with strong hands-on scripting skills. Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad. Knowledge of APM tools and infrastructure monitoring. Strong troubleshooting and analysis skills. Basic knowledge of cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD practices. Experience working in Agile/DevOps teamsRequired
