You will be responsible for overseeing the application development process and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Lead the design and development of applications. Act as the primary point of contact for the application development team. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, SAP SuccessFactors Compensation. Strong understanding of HR processes and systems. Experience in leading application development projects. Knowledge of software development lifecycle. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
