You will act as the primary point of contact and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve developing and implementing solutions, managing project timelines, and providing technical guidance to team members. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and project timelines. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet stakeholder needs. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and effective communication with stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Oracle Cloud Application Development, providing recommendations for process improvements and innovation. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle Visual Builder. Experience in leading and managing teams, ensuring successful project delivery. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
