Must have skills : SAP for Utilities Retail Good to have skills : SAP ABAP DevelopmentMinimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Lead the application development process effectively.- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.- Ensure timely delivery of projects. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Retail.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Development.- Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.- Experience in customizing SAP applications.- Knowledge of SAP integration with other systems.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Retail.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
