Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are aligned with business needs and technical specifications. Your role will require effective communication and coordination to facilitate smooth project execution and delivery.

Must To Have Skills:SAP FSCM Credit, Collections & Dispute Management experience and Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).- Must have FI - Accounts receivable experience- Design and Build of FSCM business processes based on client requirements.- Strong understanding of business processes related to sales and distribution.- Experience with SAP configuration and customization.- Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues within the SAP environment.- Familiarity with integration points between SAP and other systems.- Must be an expert in FI (Accounts Receivables, Cash Application) and FSCM (FSCM Credit Management, FSCM Dispute Management, FSCM Collections Management) and experience with US Lockbox process and remittance advice is preferred.- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud consultant to audit, reconfigure, and optimize the SAP system with limited customization.- Experienced in Collection Management to support proactive receivables management, including account evaluation and processing of receivables. Should have the capability to build new custom rules based on client requirement.- Experience in Credit Management to configure end to end credit management process for different regions. Should have experience in Credit Management workflow.- Experience in Dispute Management area to configure end to end Dispute management process.- Experience in Accounts Receivable and Lockbox process.- Configure and implement SAP FSCM modules, including Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management, and Lockbox Processing- Design end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) processes, ensuring seamless integration with Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)- Support integration of FSCM with SD (Sales & Distribution) for order-to-cash processes- Configure and optimize SAP FSCM Credit Management (CM), including credit limits, scoring models, and automatic credit checks- Implement SAP Dispute Management to handle customer disputes, chargebacks, and resolution workflows- Configure Collections Management, setting up worklists, customer risk segmentation, and dunning strategies- Configure SAP Billing & Invoicing solutions integrated with FI-AR and SD modules- Set up Lockbox processing for automated bank reconciliation, customer payment posting, and remittance handling- Ensure smooth integration with banks and external payment platforms for automated cash applications
