Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, overseeing the technical aspects of projects, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effectively implemented and meet the needs of stakeholders. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the team. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring among team members.- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture.- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.- Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.- Familiarity with database management systems and data modeling.- Ability to design scalable and maintainable application architectures. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in .NET Architecture.- This position is based at our Noida office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
