Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Must have skills : Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Good to have skills : NAMinimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :Payroll LeadAs an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your day will involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring project success. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams- Lead the application development process- Provide guidance and support to the team- Ensure project milestones are met Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll- Strong understanding of cloud-based application development- Experience in leading application design and configuration- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules- Hands-on experience in project management- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll- This position is based at our Mumbai office- A 15 years full-time education is required Qualification 15 years full time education
