Must have skills : Downstream Retail Technology Good to have skills : NAMinimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time educationPOS (Point of Sales) Job Summary :Seeking an experienced POS Systems Application Support Analyst to provide technical and functional support for Point of Sale (POS) systems across our fuel and convenience retail locations. The role includes troubleshooting, system configuration, issue resolution, and collaboration with vendors such as PDI and Verifone. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of retail systems, fuel pricing, back-office integrations, and customer service excellence.Key Responsibilities:Provide Level 2/3 support for POS systems (e.g., NCR, Verifone, Gilbarco) across retail locations.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fuel pumps, transactions, price changes, and promotions.Collaborate with PDI Enterprise or PDI Envoy for back-office systems integration.Monitor system logs and alerts, escalating critical issues as needed.Coordinate with vendors for patches, updates, and hardware issues.Assist with deployment, configuration, and testing of new POS software versions.Support daily retail operations including fuel price updates, loyalty programs, and item maintenance.Document incidents, resolutions, standard procedures, and system changes.Participate in projects involving store openings, system upgrades, and rollouts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Downstream Retail Technology.- Strong understanding of application design and development methodologies.- Experience with system integration and data management.- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Downstream Retail Technology.- This position is based in Mumbai.- A 15 years full time education is required.
