Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to ensure project milestones are met, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and guiding the team through the development process to deliver high-quality applications that meet user needs and business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving and decision-making to address challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring that the team remains focused and productive. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress and address any roadblocks. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with tools such as Jira or Trello for project tracking. - Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based in Coimbatore. - A 15 years full time education is required.
