Must have skills : SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Any Graduate Summary :As an Application Lead for SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, and designing solutions to meet those requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions that meet those requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Ensure successful project delivery by managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:15+ years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) with a strong understanding of business processes and integration with other SAP modules. Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori. Strong understanding of SAP PM configuration, including maintenance planning, work order management, and preventive maintenance. Experience with SAP PM integration with other SAP modules, including Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Finance and Controlling (FICO). Experience with SAP PM reporting and analytics, including SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and SAP BusinessObjects. Solid grasp of project management methodologies and tools, including Agile and Waterfall. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM). The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering SAP PM solutions.
