Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.- Strong understanding of web application development frameworks.- Experience with database management and SQL.- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.-810+ years of experience in the P&C insurance/reinsurance industry with specific focus on underwriting and claims operations.-In-depth understanding of London Market practices, regulations, and operating models.-Strong knowledge of insurance lifecycle processes including quote, bind, policy issuance, endorsements, claims FNOL, adjudication, and settlement.-Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.-Hands-on experience with SQL Server.-ITSM Knowledge
